1.Service content
1.1After user’s on-line registration, the customer service dept. of Shujubao Information Technology Co., Ltd will do the verification and confirmation. And also they will double check with local distributors. Other than the normal after-sales service, the warranty period can be extended for six months.
1.2Please fill in the user information seriously. We will provide maintenance service for free on the basis of relevant information.
1.3One serial number is only available for one-time registration services, please do not repeat the submission.
1.4After registration, the user could become member of the Forum on this website to participate in forum communication and problem feedback.
